Start your nursing career in Germany

At MedLeap, we provide two pathways for aspiring nurses to build a career in Germany. You will begin by learning German with us up to B2 level, pass the Goethe exam, and then transition to hands-on training in Germany. We will arrange your training placement and support you until you pass the German nurse licensing exam. Once licensed, you can work as a Registered Nurse in Germany earning between €3,600–€4,100/month before tax. 

German nurse program

Requirements: Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing (no work experience required)

Steps:

  1. Learn German with us in our Bangkok center – 10–12 months up to B2 level

  2. Pass the Goethe exam

  3. Train in Germany – 6–10 months while earning €2,800–€3,100/month

  4. Pass the German Nurse License Exam

  5. Work as a Registered Nurse in Germany – earn €3,600–€4,100/month before tax

Our Support Includes:

  • We arrange the interviews with employers in Germany

  • Mock interview training to help you make a strong impression

  • Step-by-step German visa application guidance and preparation

  • Ongoing support until you start working as a Registered Nurse

Cost: €4,712

Ausbildung nurse program

Requirements: Grade 10 Certificate & Transcript (no work experience required)

Steps:

  1. Learn German with us in our Bangkok center – 10–12 months up to B2 level

  2. Pass the Goethe exam

  3. Train in Germany – 3-year Ausbildung program

    • Year 1: Salary €1,300/month

    • Year 2: Salary €1,400/month

    • Year 3: Salary €1,500/month

  4. Pass the German Nurse License Exam

  5. Work as a Registered Nurse in Germany – earn €3,600–€4,100/month before tax
