With experience in international student recruitment and a background in healthcare consulting in the U.S., Sandra brings a deep understanding of both global education systems and the evolving demands of the healthcare industry.

After nearly a decade working across the ASEAN region, she launched MedLeap with one mission in mind:

To remove the fear and uncertainty from studying abroad by creating a clear, funded pathway from education to long-term employment.

Through MedLeap, she partners with universities, financing institutions, and career placement agencies to offer fully supported programs that include student loans, scholarships, and guaranteed job placement.

She currently resides in Bangkok with her family and remains committed to expanding access to U.S. and international nursing careers for students across the region.
