Nursing pathway options in the U.S
Path 1: NCLEX Passer – For licensed nurses who have already passed the NCLEX, with direct pathways to U.S. job placement.
Path 2: Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) 1-Year Program – A fast-track program for students with a bachelor’s degree in another field who want to become a registered nurse.
Path 3: Master’s in Healthcare (STEM) 1-Year Program – Designed for healthcare and related professionals seeking advanced skills, leadership roles, and enhanced career opportunities.
Nursing pathway options in Germany
Path 1 – German Nurse Program
For those with a Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing, no work experience required. Learn German up to B2 level and train in Germany for 6–10 months earning up to €3,100/month. After passing the German Nurse License Exam, work as a Registered Nurse earning up to €4,100/month.
Path 2 – Ausbildung Nurse Program (High School Graduates)
For applicants with at least a Grade 10 certificate. Learn German up to B2 level, then join a 3-year paid Ausbildung training in Germany. Earn a salary while training and after passing the German Nurse License Exam, work as a Registered Nurse earning up to €4,100/month.
